Celtic Session
New to Celtic music and looking for a session? Come join us for a learner-friendly session, where you’ll find Celtic tunes at slower tempos, a fun, inclusive atmosphere, and lots of encouragement! Led by Celtic cellist Ellen Gira, this session will develop your Celtic repertoire and jamming skills through the “Tune of the Month” and a beginner’s tune list: Celtic Slow Session Tunes. All instruments welcome.

Bring your instrument and a bite to share as we gather together for a free, Beginner friendly community jam session!
Takoma Park Uke Jam + Pizza Party - 3rd Mondays
3rd Monday of every month6:00 - 7:30 PM EST
Join Maureen Andary, longtime Uke teacher and enthusiast, for a fun ukulele strum along. Music provided and we always end each Jam with some blues soloing and improvisation. Feel free to bring a tune to lead. And, because it's dinner time, we’ll have pizza to share!
