Justin Heath is a passionate teacher who loves to help his students achieve their goals in music. Recognizing that people have different learning styles and different goals, he uses a customized approach for each student. His background in Kinesiology gives him the tools to help people find the technique that works best for their body.

Justin has an eclectic musical background with experience in Classical, Jazz, Bluegrass, and tango music. He is a Bluegrass and Americana specialist playing and teaching Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, and Ukulele in the DC area since 2012. In addition to teaching private lessons, group classes, ensembles and running jam sessions in the community, he is also the guitarist for the progressive bluegrass band Cherry Blossom Special and a board member at the DC Bluegrass Union.
